16ave NE Calgary was BYFAR the best experience I've ever had dealing with taxes. Fatima the front desk leader, was patient and had such a calming touch to her from the first phone call I made. I already felt like I was in good hands! From the minute I walked in yesterday afternoon to the minute I left only an hour later I felt like maybe we were family lol. Mizan was my TP he was so organized, great with communication and fast while efficient. These two employees were outstanding thank YOU GUYS!
Comment: I have used HR for many years. Usually there was a small refund where I could get cash back and the special price for using this service (fee generally $80). This year, I paid $155 for the EXACT SAME SERVICE—absolutely no difference in the very simple tax receipts I brought in—and I’m getting a $79 refund from Revenue Canada. They have just priced their business out of my budget line...I won’t be using this company again.
Great place everyone is kind and they know how to do they job everyone has rules they need to follow to do they job right. Some rules may in convenient some people but when you need to do it then yiy have to.
