Morty's Steakhouse is truly a gem. I live in New York, but always look forward to visiting Montreal and going to Mortys. Their food is delicious and the setting is great. I recommend Morty's to everyone I know. The steaks are out of this world and they also have a wide selection of Fresh fish, chicken and other dishes for those who don't enjoy steaks. My wife is trying to cure me of the habit of ordering a dish just because I don't know what it is or I have never had it before. More often then not it turns out to be a disappointment. Tonight I ordered the bavette (flank) steak. It was just okay for me as it is a tougher cut of beef, but that's my fault.
