I just had my new car for about a month and had a situation with a wooden parking barrickade. I dented the plastic underpart of the bumper. I called Carstar and they took me right away. Brent had fixed the problem in less than 10 mins and did not even charge me. Thank you for giving me back my peace of mind. Hopefully I do not have anymore of these situations and if I do I will be back to Carstar. I highly recommend this place. Read more

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service. He is a no nonsense person so you better drop all the ego and what you think you know. I took 6 lessons with him and passed with perfect scores.
