I asked associate, Benny if there was anymore. He explained it was up on the skid and may take some time to get it down. He immediately called for another associate to take down with a fork lift. Free water testing, over priced chemicals and not very informative. They test your water and just start telling you what needs to be done, unless you ask why, even when told this is the first test ever. Wanted me to use a phosphate remover ($40) and shock, I instead just shocked with some Purox ($7) and the phosphates dropped on their own and everything else went to normal. Who knows how much unnecessary chemicals theyve made me use in the past. Do my own research now to correct chemistry. Read more
