David Waterman familiarized himself with this partly below grade suite in my 104 year old house near the Saanich boarder recently, and we decided that the kitchen and bathroom were both overdue to be renovated, and the house was worth the up-grading. The quality of the cabinetry and trim installation was 4.5/5 - we had to have a company installer return on 3 occasions after the initial install to complete work that wasn't finished correctly or not finished at all. The quality of the timing to complete the installation at the agreed to date was 3/5. Overall, I would recommend the quality of the cabinetry offered but would recommend clarifying responsibilities for organizing labour prior to signing contract. Read more
