Although I have stayed overnight at the WelcomInn a few times, mostly I come into town only for the day -- they offer very convenient and cost-effective day rates. Parking is ample and free. The location is great for me, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything I need, including free wifi. There's a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance, but I usually prefer to bring food from home, so the small fridge and bar sink are great to have. Check in and out is easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint? It would be nice if the rooms had microwaves. Overall, a great value and a clean, friendly, convenient hotel experience for the business traveler. Read more

I have been to Waterfalls Lodge 6 or 7 times and have stayed a week each time. All of their cabins are located right on the water and they have about 10,000 acres of water on 7 adjoining lakes. Most times I go there I catch tons of HUGE smallmouth bass and lots of Walleye. The food is totally awesome and all of it is made from scratch. The Boats are some of the best I have fished from. We go there on the American Plan which includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. If you are interested in a great meal, great fishing, and a relaxing vacation then be sure to check out Waterfalls Lodge. The last couple of years we have come around the end of September and the leaves are absolutely spectacular. Read more
