My family was really feeling the effects of the destructive windstorm that hit the Lower Mainland. Had a 3-day power outage due to a tree taking out our service line. It was difficult to access with their aerial lift truck, especially on a dark and rainy night, but they got everything in working order real quick. Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process.
