This is fabulous electrical company. Juno and Colin came the same day as our call despite being on another job earlier that day. They assessed the bathroom fan fault very quickly (problem in the ceiling wiring feed) having eliminated a number of other things and were able to fix the wiring problem despite the tight length of available wiring. Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol. While he was here I got him to renovate a room for me. Ripped out old carpet, painted walls and ceiling and installed new flooring. Very happy with his work and price was very fair.
