We purchased a pub style dining set in 2012 from Hayward's. First, I have to say - I love their delivery service. You can actually schedule an appointment to have your furniture delivered in an hour window (not wait around an entire day or half a day). The delivery was punctually and prompt. My appointment was for 11:00 am and they arrived minutes after, unpacked, assembled and we were all on our way 15 minutes later (I didn't even use my entire lunch hour). Some of our stools were damaged and Hayward's had no issue sending out new chairs and picking up the old ones. A year later, a piece broke off one of our stools. At this point, the supplier had discontinued the set but, Robin took the time to find extra stools and have them shipped up from the states for us. We are not impressed with the stool construction but, the customer service has been great. I doubt very much that some of the chain furniture stores would of went through the effort that Robin did to replace our broken stool extending the life of our set. Read more

We hired Backyard Contractors to build our fence and we were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very neat when digging the holes and took all dirt and rocks in their trailer. They did not leave any mess on the grass and evenly cut the sod to fill around the post after they were set. The carpentry work was excellent as well and the fence look neat and well done.
