My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem.
