I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. As with any emergency, we were quite anxious about what to do. Our electrical lines were severed during a wind storm. We called Electricman because our neighbor had used them and recommended them. He brought a generator so we could at least temporarily heat our house. He contacted the city and Enmax for us, and also fixed the mast thingy so that we could have our power restored. WOW!! Out of all the experiences I've had at various snowboard shops in Alberta, this is my favorite. I bought a pair of bindings last year that broke on me twice, which they sent back to the manufactuer but they saw how fustrated I was and the time lost...they offered to exchange mine to another brand of binding while they deal with all the backend issues. They don't mind spending an hour with you trying on boots and making sure it fits properly. They have a wide selection of equipment and clothing that you don't find in mainstream shops. This place rocks, instead of walking 3 mins to my local snowboading store - Unlimited is worth me driving out for an hour just for them! Read more

I was with Dr. Torben Jensen for a year and half till I moved to Calgary for much bigger health issues. He knows his therapy well and even some extra knowledge. He has the ability to create a rapart with his patients that include smiles, jokes, and toher dialogue. For example, when the therapy hurt he would always crack a joke to help me get my mind off the initial pain my muscles gave to me in thearapy. When I came in for the next appointment he was always asking how my day went or how my businesses were working out and if I had skied Whitemans Pass in Canmore again. Very caring and understanding doctor that put in clinical expertise, art (no pun intended), being funny, and serios if need be. Plus his office has these rad tasting swedish or norwegian chocolate toffee candies. I tried to reserve myself but I ended up always taking some for the road. And of course, Dr. Jensen didn't really care, he just joined in and said how much he really liked them. The water bubbler was also a good point, as well as my old family doctors office was in the same building. Down to earth guy.... Keep up the excellent work..!! Read more
