In the process of having my roof replaced by this company, including a skylight, I noticed that they exceeded what I'm certain many other contractors would have decided was "good enough" at every opportunity. (Such as replacing non-warranty abiding ridge shingles on a peak shared with a neighbour, with the proper product, at no extra cost) I was completely satisfied with the work, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. My roof was started and finished while I was at work, with barely a trace of evidence that extensive work had been done in my absence. Free water testing, over priced chemicals and not very informative. They test your water and just start telling you what needs to be done, unless you ask why, even when told this is the first test ever. Wanted me to use a phosphate remover ($40) and shock, I instead just shocked with some Purox ($7) and the phosphates dropped on their own and everything else went to normal. Who knows how much unnecessary chemicals theyve made me use in the past. Do my own research now to correct chemistry. Read more

My parents went to Forest Glade Fireplaces and we have purchased 3 fireplaces in 2 different homes from them. Always excellent service. The guys that installed our last fireplace did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the fireplace they installed 12 years ago. We had problems with our remote and they fixed it right away. I will only ever buy a fireplace from them. Read more
