He listens to your concern and gives the options and solution to my dog problems. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever gone to in 30 years of being a pet owner. From the front desk to the technicians to the vets themselves I receive nothing but the highest level of care for my companion animals. They have made a point of knowing my pet’s names whenever I walk in or see them on the street! I know they do a huge amount of volunteer work (I've encounter them on walkathons as a group!) and free services for a number of rescue groups. Last year the worst happened, and one of my cats became sick while I was overseas. The vet on duty made sure I was contacted and help me make some very serious decisions...she even cried with me on the phone when the time came to make the hardest decision any pet owner must make. One of my cats is approaching 21 years and they have successfully treated her breast cancer since March 2008. A few years ago my other cat had serious problems, so they brought in a cardiologist and ultrasound specialist to better diagnose and recommend treatment for him. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great.
