Not only the best breakfast in the area, but the best value. (Especially if you are a senior.) 2 good sized eggs, 4 strips of bacon, texas toast and home-fires not frozen cubes. I get a side of hot peppers and coffee. For two of us .... just over $11.00 with tax!! (If you aren't a senior it would come to around $12.50)
Never had a problem with any of the waitresses. Food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is the usual R&R diner that plays a good selection of 50's & '60's music.
You can go a few blocks away and pay $16 for a lot less!
We drive past half a dozen breakfast joints that we have tried in the past to have breakfast here. (often)

I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) I had reservations about going to another Wimpy's, after having such a disastrous experience at the one in my town. The boyfriend however had eaten here many times, and told me that he'd really enjoyed it, and we needed a place we could take his year old son and all of us be comfortable.
I was quite happy with my experience at this Wimpy's. The food was good, portions huge, service prompt (though she was carrying on a conversation with the family at the table beside us every time she came to our table). No complaints really.

We arrived at the restaurant about 5:50 pm and it was packed. So upon arrival, we had to sign in and wait about 10 minutes. Then when we did get our table, we ordered our food and drinks, but due to the number of customers, our server was very distracted. So we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our food, but it was worth it when it arrived. The food was excellent, but our service was a little frustrating. The prices were also reasonable. It was about $33 for two of us to eat. Nonetheless, we will continue to go here.
