I have seen Dr. Atella 3 times over the last month. He has always given me compassionate primary health care. The office is very busy like every doctor in the province and sometimes you may have an extended wait time...but what doctor’s office doesn’t have wait time? It's rare to find a medical center that takes the time to answer your questions without rushing you and making you feel like a burden. Family Medical is great in their Customer Service at the Front Desk.
I cannot speak for all the doctors at this facility, but both my wife & I have had good experiences with our family doctors there. They are efficient, do not waste time, but still are able to answer your questions and concerns like a family physician should. This has not been our experience with the majority of the doctors out there.
Hope they keep this standard!
