Le personnel est agréable et professionnel. Je n'ai pas eu de mal à communiquer avec eux que ce soit par telephone ou pour obtenir un rendez-vous. Par contre, la médecin est toujours très en retard sur ses rendez-vous (pour mon dernier rdv, j'ai même attendu plus de 3h à 8 mois et demi de grossesse).

I am only just beginning my journey at Clin Desy but so far, I have received an exceptional service from the secretary named Christine. She shows empathy in her conversations and actually tries to find a solution for people who are struggling. She is professional and takes the time to listen and respond accordingly. Nowadays, it is hard to fall in the hands of someone like that! I have also been to Desy over the years for walk in appts and the doctors were always very thorough and even on time!

Dr Seropian is arguably one of the best, most expert in her field. I was having a difficult birth and as soon as she arrived, she took over and removed all obstacles, hesitations, a seamless process took place with my sigh of relief; I would never have wanted anyone else to deliver my children, I saw then at that moment what an incredible expert she was in this most critical moment.

À part une des 2 dames de la réception qui est vraiment bête et qui riait presque que de moi car elle ne connaissait pas le mot Ambre, qui est le nom de la rue où j’habite...ça été vraiment parfait! Presque pas d’attente, environ 15 minutes, ce n’est rien, infirmière et médecin attentionnés et patients, le Dr Nguyen a fait un diagnostic rapide et précis.

Je lui donne un ZÉRO la pire clinique qui soit. On te donne un rendez-vous à 10h45 et à 3 heures tu attends encore. L attente est beaucoup trop longue c,est rire du monde et eux trouve ca normal. Il ne devrait pas donner des rendez-vous si ils ne sont pas capable de les respecter. Je conseille aux gens Allez ailleurs....
