This restaurant is the best for good food and friendly service. The staff are just amazing and don't mind talking to you and always make sure every thing is alright. The food is to die for. It is sooo good, the hard part is figuring out what to order because there is so much really good food. I would suggest to anyone that they dine here. We were served by Angus. Very friendly and gave us a lot of toruistic information on Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Change did Mom's good. Not sure who the new owners are, but we only went back because we heard the old ones were gone. The biggest difference, these people care, my breakfast was fast, hot, and very good. I went to college up the road, and after being treated poorly repeatedly by the previous owners, I said I would never go back. Well, am I ever glad I did. There’s been time I went to KFC in Midland near closing time and picked up chicken and you can tell the chicken was fried a while ago, it was dry as ice ? .. Dixie Lee’s chicken is always fresh.
