I asked them to reposition a plastic fog lamp cover on the lower front bumper that had been un-clipped thanks to a snow bank over the winter. When I went to pick up my van, the cover had not been repositioned and when I asked about it, they told me that it was broken and that I would have to get a new part. Well this weekend, I reached up behind the bumper myself and was able to clip the three attach points that had popped out. No damage, nothing broken. Never again.
Called them once. Very bad attitude, and impatient, doesn't want to explain to you twice if you are not clear. Hang up with a "Bang" at the end. Will never go to place with such "spirit".
