The Coalition of Caregivers of Lotbnière is one of the oldest organizations of caregiver support in Quebec. It arose through the initiative of a Community CLSC nurse Arthur-Caux (now Health Center and Social Services Alphonse-Desjardins: Lotbinière sector) in the late 1980s Jacqueline Guimond then had the good idea of ??grouping of caregivers so that they can support, help and equip themselves to better cope with their situation.
