Le pire des pires compagnies de déneigement! Durant la tempête pendant que tout le monde ont leur stationnement déneigé, déneigement St Charles n’est pas venu une seule fois. Tous nos voisins ont été déneigé et le notre est rempli de neige. J’ai appelé une douzaine de fois et à chaque fois on me dit qu’ils envoie un truck d’urgent et rien. SVP ne faites pas affaires avec cette compagnie vous allez rien recevoir comme service zéro! Vous allez payer pour rien, vous allez être déçu!

Their service is the worst I have ever seen, I have to clean half my driveway after getting back from work because they have not come by yet. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE...

Worst service, no one answer the phone and just a recorded message that the driver will be at your place in less than a minute , they left the snow to freeze . Careless

Never sign anything with this company. The service is terrible and you will never get your money back if you cancel. I would even not give them 1 star

Their service is the worst I have ever seen, I have to clean half my driveway after getting back from work because they have not come by yet, had to call to come clean because the snow was so heavy, you know what they did? NOTHING! Not even got my aunt who is 93 years old and they are supposed to clean her driveway as well. Honestly I should have looked the reviews before paying them it would of have saved me so much trouble.

They cashed my check of $271 in Sep 2019, and never came - not even once - during 2019-2020 winter, and now they said they never got money, even after I sent them the bank-stamped check scan.

This is absolutely the WORST snow removal company on the West Island. Then never come on time, I need to call to get them to come do the job they have been paid for. Leaving a voice message is useless since nothing changes and they never call back. Dont even think about hiring them.

Bad service, never returns calls! look elsewhere.

On a appelé le mercredi 13 Février 2019 pour qu’il vienne déneiger le reste de notre entrée.Notre voisin en avait déneigé une partie.Ils sont venus mercredi soir, et on fait le coin de notre entrée!!! Nous avons rappeler jeudi, vendredi. Ils ne sont jamais venus. Finalement, c’est notre voisin, encore une fois qui a déneigé le reste de notre entrée. Si vous connaissez une meilleure compagnie, svp partagez.

Ils sont venus deux fois hier, jour de tempête. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu enlever les autos à cause des voisins qui bloquaient mon entrée avec les leurs. J’ai appelé aujourd’hui et Saint-Charles a envoyé quelqu’un déneiger mon entrée. Merci pour l’excellent service!

We will not ever use this company again. Never came before end of snowfall to clear our driveway. Luckily we have a snowblower and are still physically able to use it but it defeats the purpose of a contract for two driveways when one is always buried in snow since the beginning of December and the second one has a tempo on it... Stay clear of this company they are quick to collect but slower than slow to deliver Rate: -1

awful! Did not come at all to remove snow and it is 3 pm. We got over 40cm of snow.Cannot even get out of my entrance. Will change company next year for sure.

No Service at all NOR any Customer Service skills when you call them! Very 'matter of fact' - 'if you don't like it you can cancel, and there's a cancellation fee'! What kind of response is that??!! Their comptetitors are amazing! They come by 2-3 times/day compared to NOTHING from St. Charles or maybe one time, very late in the day/night! Their 'competitor' offered to clean our driveway when he saw we were totally snowed in after the snowstorm!...Who do you think we'll be going with next year?

I'm wasting my money !! the most of the time they come very late and once a day even if there is a lot of snow on the driveway or after municipal trucks cleaned the streets filling the access with hard icy stones. Is the manager or the drivers job fault?... And the girl at the phone is not even polite.

Jusqu’a Cette année excellent service. Mais pour l’hiver 2017-2018mauvais service, nous devons attendre souvent plus de 24 heures pour enlever de gros dépôts de neige. Plusieurs voisins prennent finalement leur souffleuse ou encore la pelle pour sortir la voiture après plus de 20 heures du passage de la gratte de la ville. Pas pratique...

i AM A SENIOR AND HAVE HIRED THEM TO DO THE SNOW REMOVAL BECAUSE I CAN'T. They have damaged my property on January 8th by ripping out a border stone and flinging it over onto the snow bank on the opposite side of my driveway! I have experienced exactly what Jude7709 has. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND GOT FRUSTRATION, ANXIETY, HARDSHIP BUT NO SNOW REMOVAL! DO YOU THINK I'LL BE CONSIDERING THEM FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!

Le service de cette année est mauvais comparé à l'année dernière. Aujourd'hui à 18 heures 30 , nous ne pouvons pas encore déplacer nos voitures à l'extérieur de la cour à cause du banc de neige de la ville. Le principe du service de venir tot le matin et en après midi n'existe pas dans la réalité.
