Prior to settling in Montreal amongst fellow French speakers, Nicole Rougier had already owned and operated a children’s boutique in France, so it was only natural for her to continue on the same path. And so, in 1997, Rose ou Bleu was born.

Nicole firmly believes that retail is primarily about the customer service she can offer. “Expecting a baby is the most beautiful thing in the world, but it’s also a great unknown," she says. "Our customers are amazing, they come in search of useful, credible information.”

    Les vendeuses connaissent les produits qu'elles vendent et elles sont toujours de bonne humeur. Rose ou Bleu donne des cours d'information gratuites qui aident vraiment les futurs parents. La boutique est belle avec beaucoup de choix de produits de bonne qualité sans que ce soit plus cher qu'ailleurs. J'y vais souvent avec mon bébé pour passer un après-midi là-bas!

    Very knowledgeable staff. Know their products inside out and help you choose. Excellent customer service. After the horrible experience I had at PinkiBlue I am sticking to Rose Ou Bleu! This is the right local business that I like to support. Good job!

    Il vous font deplacer en confirmant quils ont le produit que vous voulez et rendu sur place ils ne lont pas et reponse voulez vous voir la gerante... Tres tres decue ils veut juste vous voir en magasins pour vous vendre autre choses au final.

    Une belle sélection de produits, mais une bien mauvaise politique de retour... Pas de remboursement , emballage INTACT pour un échange ou une note de crédit . C'est difficile de comprendre pourquoi compte tenu qu'il s'agit d'articles pour bébés ou enfants. Donc souvent: ça ne fait tout simplement pas!! Pourquoi refuser de nous redonner notre argent?

    Worst Service ever had. I am in SHOCK.

    When I first called this store, I was planning to purchase 26-30 pieces of babies furniture for a New Open Daycare, for that reason I requested to talk directly to the owner. Than, when I was transferred to the owner, she didn't give me even 1-min to explain the reason of my request to talk directly with her. She was very RUDE on the phone (for my big surprise) trying to teach me how should I identify myself when calling her store. Cutting short.. I couldn't continue listening & swallowing her "rudeness" & had to hang-up. Thanks GOD that I am NOT their customer (but I was going to be). I am very sorry for them, because, they just lost a good customer (not talking about big-time sale $$$$$). Regards, - KD -
