Timbercreek is the worst building I've ever lived. Irresponsible and immoral. Poor management cheap build-in materials. It's not functional! Windows and doors are not properly installed, swimming pool, sauna, and gym are not usable! Don't be fooled by the pretty reception! If you don't want to die in Montreal winter, don't live there. It says heating included, but they want you to use the air-con heating at your own expenses, it makes factory noise so you frozen to death or sound-attack to death

Construction

Terrible. If you like to enjoy a good night's sleep, don't move into this building. There has been construction going on for the last 2 years, with drilling and hammering starting at 7:30/8:00 every morning. It's loud too, I can't even hear my television when I am drinking my morning coffee. They keep on lying too and saying it is almost done, but they keep on renovating the vacant appartments and jacking up the prices. There's cockroaches too, but it's the construction and lying which really grind my gears.
