Very poor service that just gets worse with the years. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. They always seem to have an excuse why they did not clean your driveway. Either machine is broken or driver is out sick.
Très mauvais service d année en année.(contrat avec mon proprio, sûrement pour le prix!! Aucune réponse par téléphone avec boîte vocale toujours pleine. Dernière chute de neige,samedi le 16 janvier 2021, il est passé le matin pour avec mes deux autos dans l entrée et à... 3h00 Am.. J ai dû faire l entrée pour éviter une contravention sur la rue.. Et vraiment pas la première fois.. POURRI.
4/5 why? Well because its great, NOT excellent and i believe 5 stars is reserved for excellent :) we paid a disability rate which was great. We live out near a farm so not easy to get to. Not only do they come multiple times during a storm but they even clean off the road-end of our disabled ramp 30ft away from our drive way. Truly above and beyond (even when they are missing men/tractors). The emails we get notifying us of whats going on are great. Would be 5 stars if even more frequent :)
Maybe not the worst but certainly one the very worst for the city of Ile-Perrot residents since they are part of the end of their runs. And furthermore their equipment breaks down every year. Believe me, I know this.

Deuxième chute de neige de la saison et cest la deuxième fois qu il déneige juste 3/4de mon allée. J appelle le bureau mais aucune réponse
My neighbours have different companies and have been cleared 4 times since the storm started 26 hours ago. I have been "cleared" once in the middle of the night (one swipe, the width of their machine, which has since been plowed over by the city. We paid for a full double driveway (even though we only have a 1.5) and not once did they do the .5 all winter. We were patient and shovelled it. But now, I am 7 months pregnant, and cannot possible shovel the 30+ cm to get myself out. Missed MD apt..
They didn't show up even once starting from yesterday. When I called them, each time they claim to show up as soon as possible, and keep saying they had already done some times during the night. I'm not a fool, I can tell if they really came or not. It's understandable if they are late due to the big storm, but don't trying to fool your customers. When I pointed out that it might be possible they missed the polls marked with their company name, the woman said "thank you" rudely and hang up.
