I had an appointment for a service call today because a valve on the new spa you sold me EXPLODED. I have called repeatedly throughout the day asking when your repairman was going to come. I kept on getting assurances that my appointment was confirmed and he would be out today. It's almost 8:40 and still no repairman. You kept me here waiting all day. What is going on?.

I got in touch with a trevi and they sent out a service man the next day who fixed the problem.
