We booked my sisters shower over a year ago. We chose a beautiful hall in the upper level, a week before her show we went in to confirm numbers and seating, we proceeded to our hall until we were told that our location has changed due to another functions number rising. We were now located downstairs in a smaller hall with no windows nor lighting. We were not notified, we placed the hall number in our invitation for our guest, we had to call our decor and cake company due to the sudden changes. It was completely unprofessionally handled, they told us there is nothing they can do. In my honest opinion they could care less about their contracts and care more for money. Horrible service i will never recommend this hall no family or friends nor would i have a function here again
