Sent pics of my hair and what i wanted. Was no problem. Knowing everything ive used in my hair. Dis my hair NOTHING like the picture describes. I wasnt happy. My fault i paid for it bc i was to shy to say anything. But did later that day. She was so rude and unprofessional. No money back. So ladies make sure u find a professional to do your hair. Bc she is NO professional. And doesnt care about her clients. Tells thwm what they wanna hear
