We purchased two recliners at the Whitby store on March 16,2024. Karan assisted us and made our purchase. He explained everything in detail and was very easy to work with. We ordered our recliners and they will be in at the end of March.
We purchased a recliner and were helped by Karandeep to narrow our search to the size of recliners that suited my height. We were pleased to know that we could change the fabric type and colour for no charge. Can't wait for our new recliner. Karandeep was very helpful to our search.
Sunny was very helpful and pleasant. Helped me choose the fabric. I already knew which chair. Hit a flash sale. Will see about delivery, was told 6 months.
The customer service sucks with these people. I was told 5-6 months for my furniture. There was NO update. NO communication. Trying to call them the line goes busy and hangs up. Tried emailing Dana the original rep I dealt with and no reply. Emailed lazyboy and FINALLY Brian called to tell me it's going to be another 2 months. So that's 8 months total (possibly more) He said so thats not too bad. Sorry Brian but when you have no furniture and you have been waiting for 6 months and told it's goin
We went to Lazyboy Oshawa to purchase two recliners because they promised better delivery than our preferred store. The salesman promised 6 weeks delivery which fit our requirements. Past the due date, we called the salesman, who was busy but would call us back. Despite our repeated calls, that never happened. Six weeks late, we received our chairs, but no apology, no compensation for the delays, and an indifferent attitude when we finally picked them up. “Lazy boy” is a good adjective.
Brian was a great help to me in picking out my new power recliner. He explained the options and the warranties and then left me to look around and try different chairs out. I have hip and knee issues so warned him that I needed to take my time and was really on the first stop of my shopping! He gave me lots of space without making me feel I was forgotten so there was no other stop! I bought my chair from him! Thanks, Brian!
