RONA Trenton

Rude staff. Unless store that never has anything in stock. Do not waste your time doing online orders.

We recently moved into the Trenton area, and have been into your Trenton store approx. 6x. The employees at the front desk are always welcoming, and we usually deal with the employees at the desk at the back of the store. A few times I have had unfortunate dealings with an employee named Rick wait on me. He makes you feel as though you are bothering him, and his conversations are always abrupt and cold. Otherwise I have found the Trenton Rona to have reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Rona Glen Miller is so convenient just down the road, Great for home improvements, Anything to do with your home, whether it be a pack of light bulbs, paint a furnace filter or building supplies snow shovels the list goes on. The Sales reps are always so friendly and quick to help you out. No waits and clean. I Love this store!!!
