I took my car there to get the battery replaced, I was planning on taking an Uber home and coming back later. To my delight they replaced it within 10 minutes and it was cheaper than I expected! Honestly these guys are awesome. I totally trust them

On June 9th, 2011 I had my air conditioner in my car replaced at Master Technician in Etobicoke. At the time I was told the warranty would outlast the car...it was either a 5 or 10 year warranty. It stopped working a month ago but they had closed down that location. So, I went to Master Technician at this location. When I arrived and asked the person working in the office if they were affiliated with the other location he claimed not to know because he was "new". Then once I explained that I'd had work done at that location which was still under warranty, he then said that they were not the same business. I asked to speak with someone that wasn't "new" and he put me on the phone with someone that refused to give his name. At first he denied anything to do with the other location, then he admitted that it was theirs but he closed that location down and therefore wasn't responsible for any warranty issues. He also stated that the warranty for air conditioner repairs was 1 year contrary to what I had been told at the time of repair. He refused to provide me with their supplier information so I cannot even follow-up with them to obtain the parts under warranty. He was rude on the phone and said I could report him to whoever I liked because he wasn't going to honor the warranty. He began raising his voice and getting angry, I asked him to calm down and just answer my simple question about his parts supplier and then he hung up on me. Now after dealing with that, I question whether I even received new parts for that repair. And if I did, it certainly was not repaired correctly. It's been looked at by my mechanic who I trust and I've been told the AC compressor and AC Condenser are both leaking.
