I am a Certified childbirth and lactation educator, birth and postpartum doula, baby massage instructor and pre/postnatal fitness instructor. I received my childbirth education training through Humber College and Women's College Health Sciences Centre Childbirth Educator's Multi-discipline Program that took 3 years to complete and graduated with Honors. This comprehensive program was the only Childbirth Educator's program in Canada approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
