On Broadview Avenue near Danforth, up a steep set of wooden stairs and behind a code-locked door is Felinity, a sort of sacred place for women.
Felinity is a ladies-only boutique gym and fitness studio that offers self-entry access and all of the usual: a fully equipped gym with personal trainers available, a change room with showers, a sitting room and a wall-to-wall-mirrored studio where classes (like Zumba, ballet boot camp, Nia and kettle bells) are held. It’s also the flagship location for the Felinity Movement Method that it was named after.
