"Let me be blunt: my recent visit to Coffee Culture in Elsemere, Scarborough was an utter disappointment. My colleague and I walked in for a business meeting, only to be met with rudeness from the moment we stepped up to the counter. The cashier's insistence that we couldn't sit unless we ordered immediately was not only rude but completely uncalled for. We ended up ordering out of necessity, but the treatment didn't stop there. It felt like we were being judged, It was totally unacceptable.

Worse place to go for coffee. The manager and franchise owner at the Markham and Ellesmere location is rude and berates customers if they don't buy anything, even if you're sitting with a friend who bought something. Was there on Monday with a friend but I didn't buy anything as I was fasting. The manager told me to buy something to go if I wanted to sit with my friend. I complained to head office and spoke to Chris (DM) who said the manager is justified to be upset. Terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever. She kicks customers out of store if sit before ordering. This location is nothing but a headache.

Good place for meetings

Nice place, reasonably priced, staff is good, provides customers with wifi - G8 place to conduct meetings or just to meet friends
