"One thing that is of paramount importance to me is the quality of the fabric; great fabric automatically makes any piece of garment something unique and special to wear," says Margot Allin. "I lived in Europe for a while, and found great inspiration in how European women buy their clothes,” says Margot. “They have a wonderful mentality of 'buy less, but buy better' there, and that has been instrumental in my evolution in the fashion industry here.”

“I stay away from mass production. The challenge is double-sided: I need to keep an open eye for quality designs, but I also make a point of offering affordable clothing, so there's a lot of research going on, and I love that. I always end up with classy, feminine and quality garments, and that's what my customers love about the shop."
