Cleo New Sudbury Centre

I have shopped at this store for years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I go to this store at least once a week to check what's new and on sale, which by the way their sales are terrific.

Cleo does not honour there own store policy when it comes to No receipt policy. It is clearly stated on there counter and clearly written on Cleo's website that if you have no receipt they will exchange or give you a card of equal Value for the Store, They did not even want to talk to me without a receipt....complained to Toronto office they promised a return call which never happened....I wish there was a Zero to click but there is not....Phil
