We had our granite put in a year ago. When we changed our stove the new stove would not fit. the opening was not ct to a standard size. When I spoke to sales lady she was great and said she would have service repair the countertop. (why would they not cut a standard size opening in the counter they are supposed to do this for a living. The fella that delivered the stove had never seen the stove not fit before!) Service person come to the house and complained about cutting the top.
