global property managements are the worst property managers...in fact they are not managing anything inspite receiving thousands in rents since years...no security, no repairs, no proper communication, just money grabbing and the worst thing is no one to challenge them.., all the tenants are simply fad up and tired...

there is no one here to look after the problems and even if they do they dont know how to talk to people these is wrost thing i have ever experiendence here and i dont think any of the rental customer are happy with them

Global property management is really WORST, 20 n 40 Tuxedo court, both building is total TRASH, NO SECURITY, Anybody can come and go, Back door building has no lock, Manager does not listen to any, as he does not know English at all. Full of BUGS, Garbage smell all over building. Furniture is all broken, Old taps, water leakage. If you thinking to move here, just visit once, You will shocked as how Roches run all over wall, and check with your own eye. All tenants are tired. Beware People.
