Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere. The apartment we moved into was supposed to be updated and repaired, everything was done by a complete amateur, someone who has never one any kind of maintained work. Everything that they had replaced they used old used stock. The toilet overflowed the first day. All sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen leaked. Too many problems to list from the electrical that keeps blowing fuses and light bulbs to tiles in the bathroom shower that are all crooked.
