An Independent Specialist College and registered charity for young adults (19-25) with physical and learning disabilities. We provide day and residential courses which are individualised to meet the needs of each learner. We are a small, forward - looking college based in the centre of Stroud with links to our local mainstream college and on the same site as St Rose's Special School. Our aim is to offer young adults with physical and learning difficulties the opportunity to develop the skills needed to enjoy adulthood with as much independence as possible and a more fulfilled lifestyle. Care, therapy and education programmes are all individualised according to the young person's needs. Each student on our course will have an opportunity to be involved in the creating of their own personalised pathway which will encompass their own needs, interests and aspirations. It is the next step on the path of lifelong learning. Our learners will realise their potential as they have opportunities for accreditation, functional skills, work related learning, independent living skills, access to the community and a variety of different courses including creativity, drama, technology, IT and culture.more...See more text
