Changed my banks and sent them all the information and they said that it was fixed and they hit me with an nsf fee and a missed payment which jumped my payments up by 20%. They called and threatened to shut off my car (which I didn't have the unit installed). I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

Scam, oh you will get approved then get higher payments than told and they come out at random. Almost impossible to find website to log in and look up your info. Customer service is rude and it best just don't contact this company.

I have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience with LendCare. They have asked me to continue paying for an insurance policy on a vehicle I no longer own. When I inquired about how they would fulfill their obligations under the policy if I became sick, disabled, or lost my job, they responded that they wouldn't, since I no longer own the vehicle.

DO NOT USE LENDCARE services! I am financing my car loan with this company and turned out to be a nightmare. In the last last year, I only failed to pay once since my partner use my debit card and I did not realize that I had enough funds for the byweekly payment. Turns out the company is now charging $178 biweekly, instead of the $144 that I was paying at the beginning. The company refuses to change the fee! DO NOT USE LENDCARE unless you want to pay 20% more every two weeks. It is ridicoulus
