Cars 101

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. Having conversation is always nice as it makes you feel welcomed. Shaylene and Ryan made me feel so welcomed, I felt as if I knew them for years. A

I initially set out to buy a car for my 17-year old daughter in June. When first entering showroom, I was greeted by the owner Ryan. Poised and professional along with his staff. My purchase included 3 used luxury vehicles. Price and condition of all vehicles were mint! 3 vehicles you may ask? Price was on point hence, could not leave either behind. Ryan fit me with a summer BMW convertible, Mercedes classic sedan and second Mercedes sedan for my daughter. Did not break the bank! S.

Don't buy cars. They patch up any deficiencies and make things worse and there is no accountability. Their sales staff do a hard sell and all the positive reviews i see are shills.

I am now on my 4t...

I am now on my 4th vehicle from Cars 101. All of which are European luxury cars. I have been extremely pleased dealing with a company that is operated by a family. I stumbled on this hidden gem while doing my online research. I have been burnt in the past and had my reservations dealing with a preowned car dealer. Upon walking into the all indoor showroom it feels like an autoshow with beautiful jazz music playing in the background I was greeted cheerfully and knew I was in a positive environment. What started out as a consumer to business experience ended up with a genuine friendship. I have been invited to bring my vehicles in for service and maintenance which is all on site. Cars 101 has proven themselves to me and my family time and time again. If you want a great car buying experience I highly recommend buying from Cars 101. Cheers

Purchased vehicle...

Purchased vehicle from this car lot. Had it checked over my MTO . they sprayed expansion foam in to the rockers. to hide the rotten rocker. Drivers side rear tire falling off cross member rotten. and many more issues . Do not buy vehicle from this dealership . Owner Ryan won't do any thing to help. MTO is involved.
