We had the pleasure of meeting Ian today. He is a very personable gentleman who communicated regularly and promptly in advance of our appointment. He was honest and forthcoming with information and quoting. An even greater pleasure was falling in love with my piano again. Ian gave it a badly needed and very thorough tuning, and it sounds gorgeous! It is so responsive now and makes me sound like a far better pianist than I actually am. What a difference! I cannot recommend him highly enough.
