Paul came to deal with a wasp nest at the side of the house by putting steel wool within the opening, thus trapping all the live wasps in the opening. We called him the next day telling him that the wasps had now entered the kitchen and bedrooms. He said he couldn't come for a week and take a vacuum and suck up all the live wasps ourselves. He later denied knowing they were in the house. We asked for our money back and he said he already cashed the cheque.
