    Dr. Piercy was just setting up his practice as my husband and I moved to Paris 25 years ago and has been our family physician ever since. He has remained responsive to concerns, proactive and responsible besides being a very caring individual.

    Every time you call the office you can never get a hold of anybody because it's always busy and also you can never leave a message on the answering maching because the don't accept it.
