Wonderful organization! I left my power cord for my CPAP machine at home by mistake when heading out on a 2+ week holiday. I spent one night without my CPAP and knew I was in trouble. I left a VMM about my situation and within minutes had a call from Andie. I went into the office once we reached Owen Sound and was provided, free of charge, a cord. Now just back home, all I have to do is mail it back!!! How great is that?
