Had scheduled an appointment for my 7 year old to get her ears pierced. It was her Christmas gift. We showed up for our 1pm appointment and were told that the appointment was actually scheduled for 4pm, even though I had a card that said 1pm. To make matters worse the receptionist told us she was just about to call us to let us know the piercer would not be in at all. The worst part was the disappointment in my daughter's eyes and the very unapologetic front desk person.
Booked an apointment for myself and a friend put down a $200 deposit. I drive all the way there and they double booked and couldnt do my tattoo. They didn't even have the curtosey to call before I drove all the way to Oakville. Don't go here unless you have time to waste
