    BEWARE: I was a new customer, who wears contact lenses. In order to get a new contact lense script I needed to book 2 appointment, each $150 = $300! This was never explained to me. After my first appointment, I left with nothing. Then they told me that if I wanted a script for my contacts I would have to book another $150 appointment. Highly disappointed. I reached out to several other optical centres, and for $150 you can get an eye exam AND the script to order new contacts! Imagine that!

    I had an unexpected fall with my sunglasses which required some mending. The service was prompt and professional despite not being a client of Abbey Eye Care. While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! Will definitely be coming back for a new pair, especially since they have a spring sale on sunglasses and mine need an update!

    I have been going to Abbey Eye Care for over 5 years and highly recommend them! I have purchased contact lenses, eye glasses, and sunglasses from them and received exceptional service with every sale. They have a great variety of everything! The Dr's and staff are extremely knowledgeable and always friendly. I will be visiting them for all my future eye care needs!

    The worst customer treatment ever. They broke my frame and they didn't want to be responsible for that. You will just receive a "sorry"!! Guess what, you have to buy a new one. I received a bad treatment and a poor discount in a new frame after I have complained about lot. BE CAREFUL ! IF YOU GO THERE TO UPDATE YOUR LENSES AND THEY BREAK YOUR FRAME BE PREPARED TO BUY A NEW ONE SINCE THEY WON'T ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON THAT.

    Adriana you asked us to replace the lenses in your old frame which unfortunately broke in production. Although not common, this is regrettably one of the risks we take when re-edging lenses into a patients old frame. We felt horrible, apologized and went out of our way to compensate you with an offer that was worth more than your original frame but I think you were just too upset to appease. Your review truly does not reflect our honest efforts to amend this unfortunate situation.
