Worst place to live. Under new management and things are the same if not worst they raise the rent for new tenants significantly high for this dumpster. Garbage collection is horrible and the cleaning of the building is below standard even now with covid there is nothing put in place to prevent residents from contracting and spreading this deadly virus. Hand sanitizers are done for months with non replacement in the common area. DONT RENT THIS DUNBSTER YOU WERE WARNED

Maintenance is very poor

Canadian Apartment Corp is very dishonest they need to be investigated. They will overcharge you in your pre-authorized debit not honoring the Leasing Agreements they create, they do not clean up the building and this place is teaming with pests, and garbage. They also do not enforce parking or their own rules - BE CAREFUL. There are many building surrounding this one, that are by far better maintained and honest...

beware of this this apartment. living on the street is better that living here. sewerage water leaks in the basement. chute room is always full with garbage and you will get the rotten garbage smell in your apartment too. disgusting smell comes from washroom.this building is a pigeon nest elevator doesnt work most of the time, so in the morning you need to take the stairs to get to your car in the basement. zero maintenance, so if you have any problem then you are on your own.

Extremely poor attention from landlords. Make me to the paper work 2 times. In addition, the son of the landlords very rude and unrespected. Not responsibility for hours office. I will never recomend not one to make a deal with this building.  Helpful
