I have used Emerald 4 times over the past 15 years for furnace, A/C and most recently a new water heater. They have always been prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
I had 2 guys from Emerald do a rough in for a utility sink for me and I found them to be very professional, friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. The price was excellent as well as the workmanship. I will certainly call Emerald the next time I need a plumber
I had a problem with my air conditioner on Thursday. Emerald came on Friday morning and worked hard to solve the problem. They were determined I would not be without air during a heatwave. They got it working . Since my air conditioner was well over 20 years old I decided to purchase a new one. Emerald put in the new air-conditioner Monday afternoon. Thank you Emerald for excellent service and fair pricing. I am happy to recommend this company.
I had a quote for over $2000 for the labor to repair an air conditioner from another contractor. I spoke to James at Emerald and he could see 3 options for finding the coolant leak (I like options, and I think a good contractor should offer you options). Emerald came and found the leak, got the part and installed it - total bill - a little under $500. Competent, efficient, cost-effective, what else can you ask for.
Super service, fair prices...what more do you need.
I have used Emerald Plumbing many times. New construction, Furnace problem, and different plumbing jobs. Each time the service was very good and all techs friendly and professional. Frank is man of his word and all staff are helpful. I would recommend them anytime.
Called for help with air conditioning problems and the service guy (Jamie) was so helpful. I will be using this company from now on.

This company is the worst I have dealt with in 20 years in construction. They changed a hot water tank for my client on a Friday of a long week end. The new tank leaked all week end and they took no responsibility for their actions. The plumber they sent did nothing but complain the whole time he was in their office stating "he had better things to do on a Friday of a long week end". I brought damages to their attention, they went to the office removed the tank and left my client with no water.

Lee is with a management company out of town, she sent pictures of the original flood created by the original water heater in the ceiling space. when our service tech arrived it was raining in two rooms. we replaced the water heater as needed, over the weekend the tank developed a small drip, the cleaning crew noticed the drip and put a trash can under the drip to catch it. on Monday am we replaced the defective water heater. Lee sent pictures of the damages she claims the drip caused. She had forgotten she had already sent these same pictures before we replaced the first water heater. there were no additional damages from the drip. we got the impression she was trying to get the new water heater for free, therefore we removed our water heater. the whole thing sounded like a scam.
Overpriced and unreliable. In the end I had to get another company to do the work. They send unprepared workers after showing up very late, without tools and equipment. Then they quoted a price that was much higher than the reputable business that did the work in the end.

this review is from Ryan on June 9th 2015 between 11:00 to 11:30 am our office received the call requesting service to clear a red tag by the gas company. at this point we told the caller we would contact him as soon as the service tech was completed with his existing calls. we arrived at his location about 2:45 PM. upon inspection of the code violations the service tech took pictures to verify the numerous violations. our service tech was not prepared to re-pipe the entire gas system to the water heater and furnace, re-vent the water heater and bond the gas line. the owner had more than 1 red tag. during the conversation with our service tech, the owner admitted he had installed the gas services and plumbing himself. the TSSA rules are, the last gas fitter on site to work becomes responsible for the entire system and violations. this is a very vindictive customer, he went out of his way to post his review to 9 ads of ours.|
