The UPS Store

NEVER would i use this company! They delivered the wrong day; head office said they’d send it back out then i get a call telling me they won’t i have to pick it up. So i spend $24 on a cab only to find the store closed when i was told it would be open. Now i give my friend my slip, i TELL the man im sending my friend, and the same rude woman who refused to resend my package says he can’t get it without MY id. This place had me in tears; theres no excuse for treating people the way i was treated.

Driver left without even trying to reach to me twice. Didnt even wait for me to do the job for him and go down to the ground floor to pick up my package. I pay delivery and I would expect to have it delivered it to me and not having to drive myself down to the store and do the driver's job. Hire me instead of this unprofessional and unqualified driver. His mistake and I will have to pay.
