Profix Auto Collision

I would give them ZERO if I could. My car was poorly fixed and they did not complete the work that we agreed in the beginning at all. They did not agree when we complaint about the quality of their work. They advertising LIFETIME WARRANTY. What does LIFETIME WARRANTY mean to them? They would not agree on anything that you would request. Never ever go to this place.

Profix took my car in afte accident. Initially I was thinking of moving it to a place close by to me, and they said they would release the vehicle. I did not realize there was a charge of 350$ to release+ other charges. Decided to let them fix it, after 2 wks and appraised by insurance. Profix called me and the manager said they are not fixing it, and I should take it. I paid 15 days of storage and towing. They make money by taking your car hostage. Storage is not charged if they fix.

Do not get your car fixed here, or you will regret it.

They withheld our car for two weeks after an accident. We had to call the cops to get our property back.

Excellent service, on time. Lease company couldnt ale to find changed rare bumper. Very cheap in cost. I recommend Profit Auto Collision anytime.

Terrible experience. I won't recommend Profix. My car had collision and I ended up with Profix Collision center due to lack of knowledge on process. My car was fixed but later I observed crack on the tire where collision had happened. I visited profix to get it fixed since it is their responsibility as part of repair and even as per their claim of lifetime warranty. However, person took a picture of damage and told to revert next day. He never revert and even company never answered my call.

I have been taking my cars to profix for the last 10 years. They have fixed my Mazda, ford and Lexus bumper to bumper. Their painting and body work is exceptional. Not to mention, their dependable 24hr tow service has saved me off the side of the road countless times. I highly recommend using their services. The last collision I was involved in did a number on my Lexus but fortunately Profix returned my car to me in immaculate condition. Thanks to everyone at Profix for keeping me on the road!!

I rear ended another car on the highway I was towed by a driver that I believe works with them not exactly sure but he explained He can tow it to where my insurance requests or he can help me out and bring it to ProFix Auto Collison, although skeptical being my first time in an accident I went with the tow driver to profix auto, the staff there guided me through the whole process and did outstanding work on my 2015 BMW. They also covered my $1000 deductible which was a real life saver, truly

This is a great shop always willing to go above and beyond to meet costumer satisfactions. They have a great body man and the staff is outstanding. They take loads of stress from you when the accident happens
